For security reasons, all credit card transactions are performed on the system of our financial service provider WIRECARD.
We don't store any credit card information in our system!

  • browse the VDRC catalogue
  • upload files with VDRC IDs
  • place a VDRC order
  • track your VDRC orders
  • ship your VDRC orders
  • send automatic emails
  • create invoices/credit notes

We use information we collect, like your email address, to interact with you directly.
For example, we may send you a notification when your VDRC order is ready for shipment or we may let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our services.

Who has access to your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

A minimum set of order data is forwarded to our financial accounting company to perform regular bookkeeping.

For all EU orders with a valid customer VAT ID - the VAT ID and total order cost is forwarded to the finance ministry of Austria monthly.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. For this purpose, as well as any further questions relating to personal data, feel free to contact us.
